This page explains what happens when you use our contact and volunteer forms.
What you send
The contact form sends your name, email address, subject, and message. The volunteer form also sends your phone number, selected skills, preferred project, and reason for volunteering. Include only the information you want the team to receive.
Where it goes
The website sends these details to the Buhat team’s inbox using Resend, an email delivery service. The form confirmation means the email service accepted the message; it does not mean someone has read it yet.
Donations
Payment details and QR images on this site help you make a donation through your payment provider. These forms do not ask for your payment password, PIN, or one-time verification code. Do not include those details in a message.
Questions about your information
Contact the team to ask how your submission is handled, correct details you sent, or request its removal.
